RFP template

Choosing the right ESG and GHG software platform is a critical decision for any organisation.

 

To support this process, Veriport has prepared a sample request for proposal (RFP) document that organisations can download and adapt to their own requirements. This RFP guidance sets out key features and considerations that should be addressed when evaluating software providers.

The RFP is designed to help organisations ask the right questions and obtain meaningful responses from vendors. It is not intended to be exhaustive for all contexts, but it reflects years of research and experience in ESG reporting and data management.

 

Each organisation will have its own requirements, including regional standards, sector expectations, or specific reporting frameworks, and these should be added to the template as appropriate.
