Our partner model provides clear roles, defined commercial participation, and the opportunity to scale both sales and delivery capability over time.

How the partner model works

 

Veriport distinguishes between two core partner roles:

Sales partner
Participate in revenue generation through the sale of licenses, onboarding, and associated services.

Implementation partner
Deliver onboarding and configuration services using the Veriport methodology.

Each role is:

 

  • Independently approved and contracted

  • Clearly defined in terms of responsibility and commercial participation

Partners may operate in one or both roles, subject to approval.

How you can participate

Sales partner

Sales partners engage directly in the commercial process, introducing and progressing opportunities.

Participation includes:

  • License revenue

  • Onboarding-related revenue

  • Selected additional modules and services

Partners may begin with early-stage involvement and progress to leading customer engagement over time.

Implementation partner

Implementation partners deliver onboarding services aligned with the Veriport methodology.

This includes:

  • Platform configuration

  • ESG framework setup

  • User onboarding and coaching

  • Finalisation and handover

Implementation partners may deliver services for:

  • Their own customers

  • Customers introduced by Veriport

  • Customers introduced by other sales partners

Partner progression

The model supports progression across both sales and delivery.

Typical pathways include:

  • Referral → sales participation

  • Sales → independent sales capability

  • Onboarding support → qualified implementation

  • Combined sales and implementation delivery

Partners develop capability over time, with clearly defined stages and expectations.

Commercial opportunity

The Veriport partner model is designed to support sustainable and scalable participation.

Opportunities include:

  • Recurring license-based revenue

  • Onboarding and implementation fees

  • Additional service and module participation

  • Long-term customer relationships

The model supports both consulting-led and sales-led organisations.

Affiliate introductions
