Comprehensive ESG and GHG management and reporting solutions for credibility, simplicity, compliance and performance
Veriport partners
Veriport works with selected partners through clearly defined roles that support the introduction, sale, delivery, and ongoing use of the Veriport platform.
The partner model is designed to accommodate different levels of capability and engagement, with clear boundaries between sales and implementation activities and defined progression pathways where appropriate.
Partners may operate in a single role or, where qualified, combine sales and implementation responsibilities within agreed frameworks.
Partner categories
Veriport partner roles are grouped into three primary categories:
-
Associate
-
Sales partner
-
Implementation partner
Each category serves a distinct purpose and carries different responsibilities, commercial arrangements, and eligibility criteria.
Associate
Who this is for
Individuals or organisations making ad hoc or referral-based introductions to Veriport.
Role overview
Associates introduce prospective customers to Veriport but are not involved in marketing or sales activity, solution design, implementation, or ongoing account management. This role is intentionally limited in scope and is not positioned as a strategic channel partnership.
Commercial position
Where an introduction results in a successful sale, a once-off referral commission may apply.
Sales partner
Sales partners engage in structured, ongoing commercial activity relating to Veriport-enabled offerings. They may work directly with customers throughout the sales process and operate under one of the following models.
Reseller
Role overview
Resellers promote and sell Veriport directly to end customers, who contract for and use the software themselves. Where capability requirements are met, a reseller may also deliver onboarding services as an implementation partner.
Commercial scope
Resellers may participate in licence-related revenues, onboarding engagements, and selected module sales within agreed parameters. Complementary consulting services may be delivered, provided these do not duplicate platform functionality or overlap with defined onboarding activities.
Managed service
Role overview
Under a managed service model, the partner delivers defined ESG or climate-related outputs to the customer. The Veriport platform is used internally by the partner as a delivery tool and is not itemised or disclosed to the customer.
Commercial scope
Managed service partners price and package their services independently. Veriport licenses are held for internal use only, allowing flexibility for consulting-led delivery models.
Implementation partner
Implementation partners are authorised to deliver onboarding and configuration services for Veriport customers, either in support of Veriport directly or alongside sales partners.
Unqualified implementation partner
Partners in this stage are undertaking training and building delivery capability. They may participate in onboarding engagements under supervision as part of a learning and development phase.
Qualified implementation partner
Qualified implementation partners have completed Veriport’s formal qualification process and are approved to lead onboarding engagements independently. Where appropriate, they may also operate as sales partners.
Combined sales and implementation partners
While sales and implementation roles are defined separately for clarity and governance, Veriport supports partners operating across both roles where capability and qualification requirements are met.
Combined partners may introduce customers, participate in license-related revenues, deliver onboarding services, and provide complementary consulting support. This represents the most advanced partner role and reflects a mature relationship with Veriport.
Consulting alongside the platform
Sales and implementation partners may deliver ESG consulting services alongside the Veriport platform, provided these services are clearly separated from onboarding activities, do not replicate platform functionality, and support the integrity of the software-led solution.
